Inform your staff

An Information is not useable if nobody can read it. You need to create a portal for the news, all the docs and some other information to keep your staff updated.

At both NIKI and Laudamotion I created the intranet for all colleagues and externals with a simple HTML 5 and CSS website in corporation with a database programmer based on PHP. It was designed in a responsive layout for using on every device.

Also other companies could login to obtain necessary data. That’s what an intranet is useful for all.

A data management system is also very valuable for staff: No more different documents stored at different places and always be informed about who have read the last issued docs.
